Xerox and the University of Calgary agree to govern the Imagine partnership with adherence to the strategic goals as set forth by the Action Committee and Partnership Management Committee.

The Action Committee meets monthly to review, revise and give effect to the strategic business relationship.

The Partnership Management Committee meets semi-annually to manage the strategic business relationship at a high level.
